OneTrust has updated official business addresses. If your organization maintains OneTrust’s address you will need to update information in your vendor management systems, accounts payable records, contract management platforms, or other internal systems.

Mail forwarding & transition services 

As we transition to our new offices in Madrid and Atlanta, we have implemented support services to ensure a smooth relocation. 

While OneTrust has arranged for mail that has been sent to our former offices to be forwarded, we strongly encourage you to update your records promptly to prevent any delays.

1. Update your internal records: Vendor management, accounts payable, contract management platforms, and other relevant systems

2. Review billing & tax documentation: If our address appears in invoicing details, tax records, or compliance documents 

3. Check mail & shipments: Redirect any pending mail or deliveries to our new locations
